Director Krish Jagarlamudi is currently occupied with the works of his next movie titled as NTR Kathanayakudu. The film is surely an exciting project as it is going to narrate the journey of Sr NTR as a film hero and a full-time politician. As the digital cinema is in full force, Krish is also showing interest to invest stakes in this digital world. Apparently, he decided to produce a couple of web series projects. One of them is confirmed and it will be a period-drama web series.

The project is going to showcase the life of Cholan ruler, Raja Raja Chola. Interestingly, Suresh Krishna, the senior director of South is helming the project. Suresh Krishna is the person behind the iconic movie Basha starring Rajinikanth.

Director Krish Jagarlamudi has bagged a special place for himself in the film industry. The director made several critically acclaimed movies and earned a fan base of his own. The director entered the wedlock very late but when we are thinking that his married life is going smooth, we came to know that there are some troubles which finally lead to divorce with wife Ramya.

Many media houses carried the news stating that both Krish and Ramya are seeking divorce with mutual consent. The reason for the problems in his married life is unknown to the media. Krish’s wife Ramya is a doctor at a Private hospital in Hyderabad. Some rumors state that Krish is in relation with a heroine who lives in Mumbai. On the works front, Krish’s next movie is Manikarnika.

After the humongous success of legendary actress Savitri, which titled as Mahanati, the Tollywood is on roll with a handful of biopics. Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently busy with the shooting of his upcoming project NTR, which is the biopic of Sr NTR.

Initially, director Teja is on board for this project, even before the kickstart of regular shooting, he stepped out from it. As this project got shelved, the actor teamed up for an interesting project with VV Vinayak. The regular shooting is going to kick start from the end of this month.

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram launched his new venture in a grand style on Sunday in Hyderabad. To be directed by noted Tamil ad-director Jayendra, the movie went on floors with a traditional muhurat ceremony.

The event saw some of the leading Tollywood fraternity such as Junior NTR, producer Shyam Prasad Reddy, Nandamuri Harikrishna, Ramesh Prasad, BVSN Prasad and director Krish in attendance.

He will be seen romancing Malayali beauty, Aishwarya Lakshmi in the flick. Noted cinematographer PC Sreeram will be handling the camera work for this movie, bankrolled by Cool Breeze Cinemas. Kalyan Ram is now busy with the shoot of his upcoming movie, ‘MLA’.

There are a set of audiences who were hurt by Krish Jagarlamudi’s comments during the audio launch of the film Gautamiputra Satakarni but Krish immediately came up with a clarification on his comments. But some of the Mega fans are still discussing the issue. Box Office clash of ‘Khaidi No 150’ and ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ has intensified the heat and the producers of both the films have announced the release dates of the film. When Ram Charan announced the release date of the film, Krish immediately took to Twitter and made an interesting tweet.

Director Krish’s speech at Gautamiputra Satakarni audio launch became controversial with the usage of one word Khabardar at the end of his speech. However, Krish cleared all the confusions by explaining the statement and situation.

“This is my kind request for all. My Khabardar term was an expression of pain on behalf of all the Telugu people. Our Telugu culture and heritage haven’t got enough respect and reward, they actually demand in history, My Khabardar is a warning to the entire country and entire world. I am saying these words directly from heart.

We lived as Madarasis for some time in history. But, till today we are often seen with levity and inferiority. My Khabardar is a voice against this levity. Please do not search for new meanings in my words.”

He further admitted that, “My second movie is Vedam with Allu Arjun. Fourth movie is Kanche with Varun Tej. Before entering into film industry, Charan is my best friend. Chiranjeevi garu is a great personality and an inspiration for me to enter into films. Please do not build Kanche between us by reading in between the lines where actually there is nothing.”

Meanwhile, Krish’s most awaited flick is all set to hit the screens On January 11th, 2017.

Usha Kiron Movies head Ramoji Rao has been planning for a TV show from a long time, and he is very much interested in to rope Power Star Pawan Kalyan for the TV show. Ramoji Rao has held discussions with the producer several times in the past, and even Pawan has apparently given his consent. But Ramoji Rao is looking for a director who could be apt to direct Pawan Kalyan in the show. After a long wait, the news is coming in that Krish might direct Pawan Kalyan. This is the latest trending news in the film nagar now.

Krish is now ready to make it big with this show. Soon after the shoot of Gautamiputra Satakarni, he might soon be starting the show in the new year. As of now, more details are not available, and the official confirmation is yet to be out.

Tollywood film director Krish is all set to enter into wedlock on 8th August.

There are latest reports in the Film nagar that Krish is planning to rope in Anushka Shetty for his upcoming film Gautamiputra Satakarni, which is tipped to be a period drama starring Balakrishna Nandamuri in the lead role. But sources close to Anushka reveal that the actress did not evince any sort of interest in this film which is a disappointment for the director.

In fact, Krish wanted to offer the female lead role in the film for Anushka, but somehow Shriya was roped in after Anushka showing no interest. But Anushka has given her nod to act in Raghavendra Rao and Nagarjuna’s next film in a role of a female monk. Krish, who learnt this news, was disappointed that Anushka has given his film a second priority.

Critically acclaimed director Krish got emotional while he was talking about Nandamuri Balakrishna on the eve of his birthday.

It is well known that Krish is directing Balakrishna’s landmark 100th film ‘Gauthamiputhra Sathakarni’. The birthday celebrations of Balakrishna were conducted today at Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad. Krish and Balakrishna’s daughter Brahmani attended the celebrations.

Speaking about Balakrishna, Krish said that Balayya must be praised for running a selfless hospital like Basavatarakam. He added that he once brought his mother to the hospital for treatment. Krishna said that Balayya is very down to earth in nature and he listens to every instruction of the director despite he is a 99 film old legendary actor.

Meanwhile, Balakrishna is in the USA celebrating his birthday with Nandamuri fans of North America.

Soon after accepting the prize from the government, Krish has decided to donate the prize money to Basavatarakam Cancer hospital. Krish posted on Twitter that he will donate the money to the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad where his mother was also cured. “I’m donating d Natl Awrd prize money to Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hosp which treated my mother & many with utmost care n excellence.” Krish Jagarlamudi posted on Twitter.

GautamiPutra Satakarni’s regular shoot will start from 9th of this month.

With a mixed review being received by ‘Akhil,’ Akkineni Akhil is choosing films carefully rather relying on stardom. Now, Akhil is keen over director Krish and showing his interest to act under this versatile director.

Akhil, as we all know, has gained a huge popularity even before ‘Akhil’ released. Thanks to media publicity and Nagarjuna for elevating Akhil. Cashing upon the stardom that Nagarjuna has, Akhil simply gained as much following, in fact, more than his fathers. There could be many reasons behind it as he is very well known one, recognised for his charm and interest in cricket, has done few ads before debut film, etc.

Now, post ‘Akhil’ it is quite different for him. ‘Akhil’ which was expected of doing much, didn’t do what was expected. Even though the film received a mixed talk, Akhil is still a star hero and has the capacity of pulling off a blockbuster with ease, but he is careful now while choosing film.

Seems like he chose to act in a partly non-commercial film rather than a hero in a commercial film and most importantly in a film that will be a sure hit. To support these line rumours in Tollywood rose saying that Akhil will be doing a film under the direction of Krish.

As a concept oriented director, Krish doesn’t spend much on commercial aspects. This saves budget to the producers. It is known that Jr.NTR is looking for low budgeted movies in the recent times as his luck is not in his favor. There is a buzz in the media that Jr.NTR even asked his producers to cut down his remuneration to get into the profits.

In this scenario, working with Krish will help Jr.NTR to major extent. For Krish, he is getting a top actor at less remuneration level. So, this combination at this point of time is a trade off for both the celebrities. If things goes fine, Jr.NTR may get into the track with Krish’s venture and this director will get mascot status in Tollywood for heroes.
