It’s common for star heroes, producers, and directors to possess huge crores of properties. But in what could be a first of its kind, top comedian Brahmanandam’s properties are hitting the headlines.

According to reports, the ‘King of Comedy’ Brahmi has assets worth Rs 320 Crore. Brahmi, who has acted in more than 1000 films, apparently charge a bomb as his fee. Ever since the report is out, the news has become a hot topic in film circuits.

The report listed Brahmi’s movable and immovable properties. As per the report, Brahmanandam has Audi R8, Audi Q7, and Mercedes-Benz (Black), other than this he is also the owner of agriculture land worth crores. Besides this, Brahmanandam owns a big bungalow in posh area Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad.

Brahmi started small but grown big in less span of time. Brahmi has acted in more than 1000 films to his credit in a career spanning over 31 years. He is the recipient of one of prestigious award of the country Padma Shri which is the fourth-highest civilian award. He received several awards and titles. However, his career is now on a downward spiral as most of the film he acted have failed at the Box Office of late.

As per the latest reports, Brahmi recently bought a swanky new Mercedes-Benz car. It is heard that Brahmi bought this lanky car for several crores and very few star actors in Tollywood apparently own this lavish car. Looks like Brahmi is also quite fond of high end cars.

Speaking at a Fashion event took place in Vijayawada, ace comedian of Telugu cinema, Brahmanandam expressed his wish of seeing Telugu girls as heroines in Telugu films.

The event was also attended by the likes of Ali and few upcoming and budding comedians, who enthralled with their skits. Singers Deepu, Parinika, and others performed few hit songs. Sai Entertainments chairman Sai Gottipati said that youth in Andhra Pradesh must use these kinds of programmes to make inroads towards their career.

It is an undeniable fact that Telugu girls are rarely seen in lead roles as heroines in Telugu films. We don’t have many Telugu girls trying luck in Tollywood and the few who tried, were forced to migrate to other industries due to lack of offers. Even producers can’t be blamed for this.

Telugu Film Industry is an industry where comedy plays a crucial role. Top heroes and directors bank heavily on this comedy and bag super hits. If comedy is a kingdom in Telugu Cinema, then obviously Brahmanandam will we the crowned king.

This blue moon comedian has been in the Telugu film industry since decades and held the record of most number of films by any actor-1000. Now this legendary comedian is lying low on films and has become dry while coming to cinemas.

This year Brahmanandam has done countable films that are way less than what he has done in the past. The reasons behind this could be many, such as new comedian’s arrival, directors preferring newcomers, writers opting to make comedy with heroes instead creating a separate track for Brahmi and the major one is the outdated comedy that Brahmanandam does, such factors are heavily decreasing Brahmanandam’s offers.

The previous films that Brahmanandam did weren’t a box-office success. In fact, the major movies that he did were all flops including Bruce Lee, Akhil, Dohchay, Pandaga Chesko and Shivam.’

With all this going around him, Brahmanandam has his version to tell us. According to him, ‘I do what my directors and writers ask me to do. I can’t argue with them that this character is routine or similar to my earlier films’ said Brahmanandam, who seems to aid the criticism over him.

‘By god’s grace, I have made people laugh all these years, and I will continue to do so as long as I can’ concluded the ace comedian.

Brahmanandam will be seen in upcoming films like Sardaar Gabbar Singh, Bengal Tiger, Soggade Chinni Nayana, Loafer, Soukhyam among others.

Let us hope that few among the above films will become blockbusters and continues the saga of the great comedian.

So, sometimes Brahmanandam has to stay idle without any shooting, during that time Brahmi calling to directors and asking for a chance in their movies.

To rope Brahmanandam producers also have to pay more money but now they are getting new comedians with less price so they are going for new comedians.
