‘Chiyaan’ Vikram has been experiencing a lot of failures recently. Since ‘Aparichithudu’ he didn’t have a proper success, although his ‘I’ have got him huge applause for his dedication to the character and acting. His recent ‘Saamy Square’ with Keerthy Suresh turned out to be a terrible failure.

A new film has been announced by ‘7 Screen Studios’ and ‘Viacom 18’, starring Vikram. New film ‘#ChiyaanVikram58’ will be directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, who made ‘Demonte Colony’, ‘Imaikkaa Nodigal’ starring Nayanatara and Anurag Kashyap. The film said to be an octane action thriller, and the film will hit the floors in August of 2019. Vikram will also be seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyan Selvan but will begin shooting for it only after he is done shooting for the Ajay Gnanamuthu film. The makers are aiming for April 2020 summer release!

Chiyaan’ Vikram’ is one of the top star heroes of Tamil Industry. He is known for his dedication & method acting and has been an inspiration to many contemporary stars. Since ‘I’, he didn’t see any success. Last year he released two films, ‘Saamy Square’ and ‘Sketch’, and both were a box-office bomb. He collaborated with Gautham Menon for ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ which has no release date yet.

Currently, he is working for ‘Kadaram Kondan’, produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films and Trident Arts. Rajesh M Selva of ‘Cheekati Rajyam’ fame is directing the film. He made tweet stating that the shoot is on it’s on least leg with just one song and a few patchworks. Akshara Haasan and Abi Hassan are playing pivotal roles for the film and Ghibran is composing the music. The first look teaser of the film will be unveiled on January 15.

The makers are planning to release the film for the Summer.

After ‘Viswaroopam 2’ proved to be a disaster at the box-office, Kamal Haasan is all set with this second production venture, ‘Kadaram Kondan’ starring Chiaan Vikram.

‘Thoongavanam’ fame Rajesh M Selva is helming this project bankrolled by Raajkamal films international. The teaser of this film got released today amidst huge expectations. Vikram is stealing the show with his unique salt and pepper look. Vikram is portraying the role of KK, a most wanted criminal who is involved in so many murders, thefts and an expert in safe breaking. Malayalam actress Lena is playing a cop role. Akshara Haasan and Abi Hassan are seen as a couple in love. The high voltage action indicates that the movie is an action thriller.

The stunning visuals of Malaysia, intense action sequences and astounding background score by Ghibran added more beauty to the teaser. The movie is slated for summer release.

Saamy Square is the latest Telugu film that is in the theatres. Chiyaan Vikram played the lead role and the movie is the official sequel for the already hit film Saamy. The commercial film opened to less collections and it has Keerthy Suresh and Aishwarya Rajesh in the leads.

Meanwhile, Vikram recently updated about his upcoming projects and told that his next film is Karna which is going to be made on a grand scale in a big budget.

“I am doing a film in Kamal Haasan production. I was so happy to team up with him. At the same time, I am also a part of the big budgeted film Karna which is going to be made in 37 languages in a big budget.” said Vikram by adding that his son’s debut film Varma will release soon.

Kollywood popular actor Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv met with a car accident early in the morning today on August 12th when his car rammed into an auto rickshaw.

As per the reports, Dhruv was traveling in his luxury car and when he was near Teynampet police commissioner’s house, his car rammed into the autorickshaw that is parked on the road. The auto got damaged beyond repair and the driver who was sleeping inside suffered severe injuries.

Auto driver’s leg has been fractured and was immediately rushed to the hospital for the treatment. The police officials from Pondy Bazaar station filed a case on Dhruv and is currently investigating the case.

Dhruv Vikram is all set to mark his debut under the direction of ace director Bala’s ‘Varma’ movie which is coming out as the official remake of Tollywood sensational hit movie ‘Arjun Reddy’ starring Vijay Devarakonda. The movie is expected to release by the end of this year.
