It looks like Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv is all set to take over and rule the south Indian film industry like his father. If the reports are to be believed, Dhruv is going make his debut with Kollywood remake of recently released blockbuster film Arjun Reddy, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga starring Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Reddy.
Recently it was reported that Leading Malayalam production and distribution house ‘E4 Entertainment’ has snapped the Tamil and Malayalam dubbing/remake rights of Arjun Reddy. Earlier it was heard that the makers are considering the name of Arya to essay the role of Vijay in its remake, but now sources say that the makers are planning to bring Dhruv on the board to play the lead role.
If everything will go accordingly, Vignesh Shivan will helm the remakes of Malayalam and Tamil.
Earlier on several occasions, Vikram has revealed that his son will enter the film industry as he is very much interested in showbiz but he was not sure in what capacity.
Last year, Dhruv had also made a short film that deals with the subject of child abuse within the family. The film was called ‘Goodnight Charlie. The star kid, indeed, has many talents.
Dhruv has a long way to go in the film industry, and a has a wide canvas to portray his many talents.
