Now, the latest pic of Chiranjeevi from the sets of Khaidi No 150 has been leaked on to the internet. Going by the pic, we see Chiranjeevi bleeding on his head. Many of his fans were very much worried about this because the pic was spotted at his home when he was meeting minister Bandaru Dattatreya. But with in no time, people realized that Chiru directly went to his home from the sets and he did not remove his make up.

It looks like some intense action sequences are being shot.

Ashwini Dutt on his Vyjayanthi movies banner is planning to produce a film with Chiranjeevi and he is planning to rope in Trivikram Srinivas as the director for the project. Nothing has been confirmed now and we expect a formal confirmation soon.

VV Vinayak, who is close to mega family, is directing the movie.

Meanwhile, Bollywood hottie Nargis Fakhri is rumored to romance Chiru in the film. A photoshoot will soon be conducted on the duo, and if she looks perfect opposite megastar, an official announcement will come out. The film will hit screens for Sankranthi 2017.

The regular shooting of megastar Chiranjeevi’s much delayed and much awaited 150th project is all set to go on floors on June 20.

The first schedule will begin on June 20 in Ramoji Film City. VV Vinayak will direct the film to be music scored by Devi Sri Prasad. Heroine to romance Chiru has not been announced yet even though the name of Anushka Shetty is strongly heard. Ram Charan is producing the film on his newly floated Konidela Productions Company. Lyca Productions will serve as co-producer.

Tentatively titled ‘Katthilantodu’, the film is the official remake of Tamil blockbuster film ‘Katthi’. Vinayak has worked hard with his team of writers to fine tune the sensitive subject to the taste of Telugu audiences. The hard-hitting subject of farmers’ plight has to be narrated in an entertaining manner to reach the sky-high expectations.

In a recent interview, Megastar Chiranjeevi has expressed his wish of doing the remake of his iconic blockbuster ‘Gang Leader’ with his son Ram Charan. He also said that the script should match the taste and sensibilities of present generation audiences.

Even Ram Charan has recently praised Gang Leader movie and shared a dub smash video on his Facebook page. Charan expressed his view that Gang leader is a benchmark for any star to known the pulse of mass audiences.

Chiranjeevi gained immense popularity with Gang Leader. Released 25 years ago, Gang Leader became an industry hit. The dance moves, the rough look of Chiru, action scenes, iconic dialogues and the performance of the mega star were the highlights of the film.

Everyone from film industry poured in wishes as megastar Chiranjeevi, who played a key role in putting Tollywood on the map of world cinema, is making his comeback to the silver screen in a full-fledged role. Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan didn’t attend the launch ceremony.

Ram Charan is producing the film under his newly launched Production house, ‘Konidela Production Company’. Lyca Productions will serve as co-producer. Ram Charan has already registered ‘Kathilantodu’ title for this film. It is known that the film is the official remake of the Tamil Blockbuster ‘Kathi.’

Directed by VV Vinayak, the action entertainer has Cinematography by Rathnavelu and Music by Devi Sri Prasad. Regular shooting will commence from June. The heroine for this film is not finalized yet. The film is tentatively slated for release for Pongal, 2017.
