Bubbly Actress Avika Gor is making plans to quit films. Yes you heard it right! Avika Gor started her Career with ‘Chinnari Pellikuthuru’ serial, during a very small age. She lived under limelight to avoid the crowd around her.

After enthralling small screen audiences, she made her silver screen debut with super hit film ‘Uyyala Jampala’. With that success, she has later acted in a couple of more films.

As per latest reports, she is quit from both movies and serials. It is heard that Avika has decided to concentrate on her studies first and make a comeback to screen after the completion of her studies.

Avika Gor, who is noted to Telugu Television audiences with ‘Chinnari Pelli Koothuru’, is currently one of the most recognizable Tollywood actresses. She was recently seen in Nikhil’s latest release ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’.

It is heard that Avika has for a long time been receiving vulgar messages on her whatsapp. Although she first thought it was a miscreant, she got terrified and ashamed after finding that a young Tollywood hero sent those messages.

Avika has recently shown those crude messages to her film industry friends Raj Tarun, Nikhil, Hebah Patel, Rakul etc. and lamented that young heroes in Tollywood have very low standards. She however didn’t know who that young hero was.

It may be recalled that actress Radhika Apte had some time ago made similar allegations against Tollywood heroes.

Actress Avika Gor, who was first known to Telugu audiences as ‘Chinnari Pelli Koothuru,’ later made a big leap by making her debut on silver screen with super hit film ‘Uyyala Jampala’. But, after acting in 3-4 films, she mysteriously disappeared from Telugu screen.

It was heard that young heroes were uninterested in casting her in their films because of her chubby looks. Now, it seems that she is back for the good. The cute actress was seen in the latest release of Nikhil, ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’. It is heard that she was paid a whopping Rs 40 lakhs remuneration for this film.

It must be noted that she was not even the lead heroine in the film that already has two heroines. Avika played a guest role and she had to allocate only 10 days for the shoot. It means she earned Rs 4 lakh per day, which is much more than the pay of the heroines of this film.

The actress is already a noted personality in Tamil film industry. The film unit revealed that her character in the film will have a lot of scope for performance. Apparently it was also revealed that the actress rejected several Telugu offers in the past as she is waiting for a right script just like the current film. She is happy with the story and her role and instantly signed for the film. The film is tipped to be a love cum fantasy entertainer. This project is Produced by Venkateswara Rao. Tollywood actor Nikhil is going to pair up with Uyyala Jampala fame actress Avika Gor in his new movie directed by VI Anand. Nikhil’s new movie “Sankharabharanam” is getting ready for release and now he is gearing up for another film. The film will have three heroines, Tapsee and Avika Gor confirmed as two heroines for the movie and moviemakers hunting for the third heroine.

VI Anand has earlier directed the movie Tiger with Sundeep Kishan. Anand and Nikhil’s movie is said to be a fantasy love story and Nikhil will be seen in two different roles in the flick. The movie is going to hit the floors in December. Sekhar Chandra will score the music for this film and produced by Venkateswara Rao. Director VI Anand is also in plans to remake his Telugu movie Tiger in Tamil.

In Sankharabaranam Nikhil paired up with Nanditha of Prema Katha Chitram fame and Anjali will be seen a special role in the flick. The film is said to be a comedy thriller.

Popular Kannada film “Footpath” came up with a sequel called “Footpath-2.” This sequel is dubbed into Telugu as “Manjaa” whose rights are acquired by Giridhar Productions House and is produced by Raj Kandukoori in Telugu. Avika Gor played the lead role.

Originally, this film was produced by Devaraj Pande in Kannada. This film stars Avika Gor, Kishan SS, Deep Pathak, Naresh Dingri, Eesha Deol and Jaya Karthik in prominent roles and is directed by SS Kishan.

This film is made on the backdrop of Juvenile crimes and is the first film from Kannada to nominate into the list of movies from India to Oscar.

Recently the film unit has launched the motion poster of “Manjaa” here in Hyderabad. Speaking with media, Avika Gore said, “I thank Kishan for believing in me and offering me this role. This is something I have done never before. While watching this film, you see only my character rather than Avika. This film will be a remarkable one in my career.”

“Manjaa” will complete all its post production in Telugu and Kannada and will release next month.

Avika who is in a super hit form by the hit of “Cinema Chupista Mava”, alleges that she was cheated while doing first film.

Avika Gor, who is famous by Chiinari Pellikooturu (Balika Vadhu) in Telugu in on high demand after her back to back success films. She claims that she was paid very less during her first film, as the producers cashed in on her reputation and earned good bucks, but didn’t pay enough for her. She said that she agreed to do the film for Rs sum of 5 lakhs, which is very less compared to her craze in Telugu as her Hindi serial was dubbed as “Chinnari Pellikuthuru” and earned lot of female fans here.

Since she learnt a lesson from her past experience of not cashing the craze, she says that the mistake wouldn’t repeat. “Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki” and “Cinema Chupista Mava” were received well and did good business at the box office, she says that her remuneration will be five times more than her first films remuneration. This will painfully push the producers into doubt that approaches her with offers.

We know that her first film was “Uyyala Jampala” which was directed by Virinchi Varma and was produced by Nagarjuna. Does she know on whom is she making these comments, because her dubbed serial was telecasted in MAA T.V in which Nagarjuna was is key person?

Avika Gor is now one of the top actresses with respect to remuneration in Tollywood. She is getting almost 50 lakhs for the latest flick “Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki”. This remuneration tag is after Tamanna’s remuneration price tag.

Tamanna used to charge 50 lakhs and she recently scaled it up till 1 Crore. Now, Avika too is in the same slope line. With just one flick, getting 50 lakhs remuneration is not a joke and her remuneration is ahead of that of the hero Naga Shourya’s remuneration.

Satellite rights of this venture were sold at a hefty price of 2.5 Crores and as Avika is famous on small screen, investors poured this amount on satellite rights. As she is fetching high satellite prices, film makers decided to accept the 50 lakhs remuneration deal.

Sources reveal that the newcomer in Tollywood, Avika Gor (of ‘Balika Vadhu’ fame), has imposed weird restrictions in front of her producers.

Avika Gor will reportedly allot just 7 days for the shooting of a Telugu film and will give the remaining time to her Hindi Television serials.

Sources also add that many producers rushed to Avika’s place in Mumbai, post her hit debut film, “Uyyalla Jampala”. It was during this time that she started throwing tantrums. She reportedly demanded a very high remuneration from the producers. On top of that, she also demanded a share in the collections.

Later,however, she mended her ways and fixed her remuneration at 50 Lac INR (on par with star heroines). But she remained adamant for her loyalty towards television serials.

Producer of “Laxmi Raave Maa Intiki” is suffering due to these conditions. He now has to space out his production for over 5 months instead of completing the schedule in 40 days flat. Sigh!

Well, it is not considered ideal for newcomers to throw such tantrums in the industry. But seems like Avika is going by the proverb, “Make hay till the sun shines”!

Only time will tell how far this girl goes in the industry.
