Amyra Dustur is the young Telugu heroines who made her grand debut with the film Manasuku Nachindi in the direction of Manjula Ghattamaneni. The actress has impressed everyone with her cute looks and performance and look forward to more good offers. The Mumbai beauty is said to have signed a new Tamil film right now. G V Prakash Kumar is playing the lead role in a film directed by Adhik Ravichandran and the film is said to be a fantasy love story. The actress is going to be a part of the project in the leading lady role.

Earlier G V Prakash and Adhik Ravichandran have teamed up for the film Trisha Ledha Nayantara. This is the second time collaboration after the super successful movie. She made her Tamil debut with the film Anegan with Dhanush playing the lead.

On the other hand, the actress also has another movie for release which is titled as Raju Gaadu in Telugu. Raj Tarun is playing the male lead in the film.

Ace director Leena Yadav leaves no stone unturned to give an extra specialty to her characters. Previously in Parched, she got Radhika Apte perfectly slipping into traditional Rajasthani attire to depict the social evils in the state’s villages.

And this time Leena has got her leading lady Amyra Dastur take up a look that has similarities to Rooney Mara’s get-up from David Fincher’s mystery drama, ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’ (2011). Amyra Dastur’s ‘Rajma Chawal’ will have Rishi Kapoor playing a pivotal role.

According to reports, it was after 50 iterations before the unit of Rajma Chawal that the look was finalized. It is heard that the film will see Amyra sporting a badass look, which is similar to that of Rooney from ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’.

In one of the stills, she is seen sporting an undercut with chevrons on the side. She will also have a number of tattoos on her body, with one on her neck [of a barcode] being distinctive.

We have already reported that Mahesh Babu’s sister Manjula is making her directorial debut with a love story. The film stars Sundeep Kishan, Amyra Dastur and Tridha Chaudhary. The film’s shooting is currently underway in Kerala.

As per the latest reports, the makers of the film are planning to attach the film’s trailer to the theatrical prints of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Spyder on September 27th.

The film is produced by Indira Productions banner and Gemini Kiran. Radhan is scoring the film’s music.

Bollywood choreographer cum film director Farah Khan is reportedly choreographing the dance moves for a song to star Jackie Chan.

It is well known that Jackie Chan is playing the lead role in an Indo-China co-production venture titled ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. Indian actors Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur are also acting in this film. It is said that Sonu Sood has advised Jackie that it will be beneficial if they incorporate at least one song in the film as Indian movie goers love songs.

Jackie obliged to this suggestion and roped in Farah Khan to choreograph him in the song. The song will be shot in Rajasthan and Beijing. Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur will also dance in the song along with Jackie.

‘Kung Fu Yoga’ is slated for release in October this year.

Hollywood martial arts star Jackie Chan has dropped Goa hottie Ileana and picked Manchu Vishnu’s heroine Amyra Dastur for his upcoming film “Kung Fu Yoga”.

The famous martial arts star had earlier picked up Ileana D’cruz for the crucial role, which could have become the hip siren’s Hollywood debut. However, she was dropped from the film in the last minute and the cute Amyra Dastur has been picked to replace her.

Amyra is set to make her straight Tollywood debut with an upcoming film of Manchu Vishnu. She was already seen Dhanush’s dubbed film Anekudu and opposite Emraan Hashmi in ‘Mr.X’.

It seems that Ileana’s luck is not that good in the recent times. However, she has recently signed a film opposite Akshay Kumar.

We have already reported that Manchu Vishnu and Raj Tarun will play lead roles in an upcoming comedy film to be directed by Nageswara Reddy and produced by Vishnu. ‘Anekudu’ fame actress Amyra Dastur has been roped into romance Vishnu in this film.

Although Avika Gor was considered to be roped into romance Raj Tarun, as she couldn’t adjust her dates, the latest sensation Heebah Patel, who impressed critics and audiences with her performance in ‘Kumari 21F,’ has been brought on board.

Tollywood trendy director Puri Jagannadh’s new movie ‘Rogue’ (post-Loafer) has begun its pre-production formalities. CR Manohar’s son Ishan is the protagonist in ‘Rogue’ and it will be his debut film. To pair Ishan in this mass entertainer, Amyra Dastur has been tested and is finalized opposite him.

Puri, who is currently finishing the bits and pieces of Varun Tej starrer ‘Loafer,’ will complete this film in not more than a week or two. Later on this film’s audio will be launched in Hyderabad and the film in mid-December.

Once ‘Loafer’ hits the screen, Puri will complete the story writing part, cast and crew selection of ‘Rogue.’ From January, this film will begin its regular shooting.

Jagan, who has a good track record of launching heroes, has succeeded quite well in the process. Ram Charan, Sai (Puri’s brother), Puneeth Raj Kumar were all introduced by this contemporary director.

Appreciating his approach towards films, producer CR Manohar has handed over the responsibility of launching his son Ishan. Ishan, who stands tall at 6’1, is hoping that his debut film will be a fortune turner for him in the film industry.

While coming to the heroine selection, many top faces were approached by the Manohar(producer of Rogue). Tamannaah and Shruti Hassan were asked for this film, but commitments becoming prior left Puri with no option rather opting for a new face.

Adding more to these gossips news broke that Amyra has been finalised as the heroine in Ram Charan’s Tamil remake “Thani Oruvan.” With this coming as false news, Amyra Dastur is eagerly waiting and hoping that she gets an offer opposite a star hero, by so she can make a strong entry in Tollywood.

Recently she got roped into a Tollywood film. Though no star hero is in this flick, bur Sundeep Kishan will be the lead actor. Producer C.V.Kumar of Tamil (Pizza fame) will turn as a director for this film.

With this news, Amyra Dastur is thrown in a situation don’t know whether to feel sad that she didn’t get a star hero chance or feel happy that at least got a chance in Tollywood
