Akkineni’s young lad Akhil is all set with his next outing ‘Mr Majnu’ under the direction of ‘Tholiprema’ fame Venky Atluri. The movie was supposed to get released in December but the makers postponed it to February.

The shooting of the movie is currently going on in Hyderabad. The makers are canning the airport scenes between the leads and the talkie part of the movie is much likely to get wrapped up by Wednesday. As per the latest reports, there will be 6 songs in the movie and the shooting of 3 songs is already completed. Except for the shooting of the other three songs and 2 fight sequences, everything is canned. After wrapping up the shooting, the movie unit will start the post-production works as well as the promotions.

Nidhi Agarwal who shared the screen space with Naga Chaitanya in ‘Savyasachi’ is romancing his brother Akhil in this movie. BVSN Prasad is bankrolling this project. Akhil is desperate to score a hit this time as both of his previous films ended up as flops.

Finally the wait is over and AKhil3 first look teaser and poster is out now. The movie titled as Mr Majnu and it starts with ANR Liveson and a song Devadas Manavado. Nidhi Aggrwal is pairing up with Akhil in this flick. This is Akhil’s third movie and it is being directed by Venky Atluri of Tholiprema fame.

SS Thaman is composing the music for this film. As per the latest reports, the music rights of the movie were bagged by the most reputed Sony Music. According to the grapevine, the music company and the makers of the movie locked the deal for a fancy amount. Akhil has pinned all his expectations on the on this film. Venky Atluri is also working hard to give the Akkineni young hero a superhit this time.

The makers are going to unveil the first look of the movie tomorrow at 4:00 PM. George Williams is handling the camera whereas BVSN Prasad is bankrolling this project.

Akhil Akkineni who disappointed with debut film Akhil tested his luck with the second one Hello which impressed the audiences. The young hero is now trying his best to impress the audiences with the third one that is yet to be titled. Venky Atluri who made his directional debut with the film Toli Prema is the director of the movie. The film’s shoot is fast nearing completion. The makers are yet to announce the title of the movie but the rumored title of the film is Mr. Majnu.

The film unit began the promotions of the film and initiated the countdown for the first look launch. Akhil himself announced the same by revealing that the first look of the movie will be out on 19th of this month.
