Actor Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is testing his luck this Friday with his latest film 118. Directed by noted cinematographer KV Guhan, 118 is a thriller drama which has Shalini Pandey and Nivetha Thomas as female leads. The pre-release event of the film was held last night in Hyderabad.

Speaking at the event, Kalyan Ram said, “I always try to come up with something new for the audience but somehow failed in many of the attempts. But those failures won’t stop me from experimenting with new subjects. Like Tarak said at Temper’s audio launch, I will try till I win your hearts.”

Kalyan needs this film to be a hit as his last ventures Naa Nuvve and MLA turned out to be failures. The music of the film is composed by Shekhar Chandra. It is produced by Mahesh S Koneru under East Coast Media.

Actor Balakrishna attended as the chief guest to the pre-release event of Kalyan Ram’s upcoming film 118, which was held in Hyderabad last night. Jr. NTR was also present at the event. Recently, both Balakrishna and Kalyan Ram acted together in the biopic of NTR.

Meanwhile, Balayya made a goof up while speaking at the event. Instead of 118, he calls the film as 189 accidentally. On top of that, he repeats it once again during his speech. Now, this goof up made by him is going viral on social media as the netizens started trolling Balayya on how can he make such mistakes.

Balayya is known for giving such funny speeches and this one joins that list too. On the other side, 118 is a suspense thriller directed by famous cinematographer KV Guhan. It stars Nivetha Thomas and Shalini Pandey as the female leads. It is gearing up for the release on March 1st.
