Anushka Shetty’s Bhaagamathie received a thumping response from the audience. The horror comedy directed by Ashok was released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. Many critics and celebrities have praised the movie on social media.
Recently, in an interview, Anushka revealed that none other than superstar Rajinikanth himself had called her after watching the movie. He appreciated her performance and congratulated the team for their success. Anushka said that was the best compliment she had received for Bhaagamathie.
Malayali actor Unni Mukundan is paired opposite Anushka in the movie. Jayaram plays the antagonist, and Asha Sarath is also there in a crucial role as a police officer.
