Aanand L Rai’s directorial ‘Zero’, starring Shah Rukh Khan has been carrying a decent pre-release buzz. The makers have recently unveiled the trailer of the flick which has been receiving a positive response from the audience.
However, the trailer itself has made the movie unit to land into a trouble. The Sikh community is claiming that some scenes in the movie are hurting their religious sentiments. In one scene, Shah Rukh is seen wearing the Gatra Kirpan which is the article of Sikh Faith. General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, lodged a complaint against SRK and Aanand L Rai in a Delhi police station for hurting the sentiments of the Sikh community. The complaint says that Shah Rukh Khan is wearing the Gatra Kirpan, which only an Amrithdhaari Sikh can wear.
They demanded to remove those scenes immediately from the film. Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif are playing the female leads in this movie which is slated to hit the screens on December 21st.
