Tamil actor Simbu and music director Anirudh landed them in a legal tangle after the ‘Beep Song’ was leaked online. Sung by Simbu and composed by Anirudh, the song is full of cuss words against women.
After a formal complaint from women organizations, Coimbatore police went to Chennai to arrest Simbu and Anirudh. It was reported that Simbu was absconding while Anirudh was in Toronto for a music concert.
Now, Simbu has said that he has not absconded, and he has been in Chennai itself. He added that he is not scared and will be ready to go to hail if proven guilty. He is set to appear before police on 19th of this month. Anirudh is also expected to accompany him. Now the latest news is that Anirudh is also back to Chennai from Toronto and both of them will be appear before police on 19th.
