The blockbuster flick Okkadu has given a much-needed fame for the Prince Mahesh Babu. The latest information states that a sequel is in talks.
If you think that the sequel is for Mahesh’s Okkadu, then we are so sorry to say that you are mistaken. Okkadu movie is remade in Tamil by director Dharani under the name Gilli. This movie features Ilayathalapathi Vijay and his favorite combination Trisha. Likewise the Telugu, Tamil movie Gilli too became a blockbuster of the year. Now the director Dharani who has earlier directed some hit movies in Tamil is now planning the sequel of it. Even though the original director Gunasekhar didn’t attempt a sequel, Dharani says that he has already readied the necessary script and has been waiting for Vijay’s dates.
If this flick materializes, then we can expect the sequel to a remake flick for the first time in Tamil. As of now, Vijay has two to three films lined up and directors are waiting for his call sheets.
