Ace character artiste Rao Ramesh’s mother Kamala Kumari passed away in the wee hours of Saturday. Kamala Kumari was 77. She was the wife of legendary Telugu character artiste and noted villain Rao Gopalarao.
Kamala Kumari was a well-known Harikatha artiste. She had given more than 5,000 Harikatha performances across Andhra Pradesh and other states. And she was also famous for her programmes in Doordarshan channel.Rao Gopalarao reportedly fell in love with Kamala Kumari after watching one of her Harikatha recitals.
