It is already a common knowledge that Nayanatara and Anushka said a big No to play the lead role in Gautamiputra Sathakarni. As per the latest reports suggest the makers want the lead actress in a de-glamorous and that too in mother role.
A source close to the unit said that Anushka and Nayantara felt guilty and opted out from the project. Currently, the shooting is progressing at a jet speed. The film also stars Shriya Saran and Hema Malini in lead roles. The film is all set to hit the screens during Sankranthi.
