Mega power star Ram Charan Tej’s new film, the Telugu remake of blockbuster movie Thani Oruvan, has finally got a title.
‘Rakshak’ was the title under consideration but now we hear that ‘Dhruva’ has been confirmed. It is said that the title even got the approval of megastar Chiranjeevi.
The remake will be directed by Surender Reddy. Ram Charan will play the role of an IPS officer, and the film will go on floors from 18th of this month.It is a thriller based on mind games between a sincere cop and a cunning yet clever businessman. Tamil actor Aravind Swamy, who played the villain character in the original, will reprise his role in Telugu remake.
Hip-Hop Thamizha is scoring music for the Telugu remake. Charan is pairing with Rakul Preet Singh in this thriller. ‘Dhruva’ is aiming to have a release in August.
