Mega Power Star Ram Charan has been awarded the ‘Most Admired Celebrity Icon of the Year 2015’ by the popular magazine ‘Ritz’. Telangana Information Technology Minister KTR was also awarded for his excellence in the political field.
‘Ritz’ magazine presented These awards in association with CNN-IBN to the personalities who excel in arts, politics business, etc for the year 2015. The awards ceremony was held at Taj West End in Bengaluru on 13th December night.
Speaking on the occasion, Ram Charan broke out the news that his father Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film will be the remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Kathi’ and VV Vinayak will helm the much-awaited project. AR Murugadoss directed the original, and it had Vijay in lead role.
Ram Charan is gearing up to start his new project Thani Oruvan remake and Aravind Swamy will play the villain role in Telugu version also. Surendar Reddy will direct this action entertainer. Title “Rakshak” is under consideration by the movie team for Telugu version.
