Since yesterday, there is a rumor floating in the film industry about the film Yatra, the biopic on the life of former CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy. The rumor is that Prabhas will extend his supporting hand to the promotions of the movie as Vijay Challa, one of the producers of the movie is a close friend of the actor.
The regular shoot of the film started last week and Mollywood superstar Mammootty is on the board to reprise the role of YSR in Yatra. Directed by Mahi V Raghav, Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy are producing the movie on a grand scale. The makers planned to finish the film in a single schedule. If Prabhasd really takes time to promote the movie, it will surely be a big boost for the film
Suhasini Maniratnam is essaying the role of Sabitha Indra Reddy and Posani Murali Krishna will be seen as YSR’s personal assistant Sureedu. Baahubali fame Ashrita Vemuganti will play the role of YS Vijayamma.
Moreover, the official confirmation regarding Prabhas’ involvement in the project has to be out soon.
