The music director took to Twitter to vent out his apathy saying he was interrogated by the airport officials and asked to give a chemical substance test. He added that such humiliation had happened to him for the 8th time, only because of his race. He asked the airport management to stop harassing passengers based on their race.

“I was “randomly” picked up for the 8th time in a row at the Sydney airport for a chemical substance test and a rude officer insulted my intelligence. Racial profiling needs to stop. @SydneyAirport,” he tweeted.

Narayanan is currently working for Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kaala.
