On Tuesday, the Telangana state police officials have registered a case and also initiated an investigation on a conspiracy that is doing rounds on the social media. Apparently, a private company, by misusing the name of Telangana State Intelligence Department has circulated a video on Youtube which carried the survey of AP elections and predicted the win of TDP in AP elections. As they misused the name of Telangana State Intelligence Department, the cops levied the charges of attempting to exert undue influence ahead of elections and misusing the name of the TS Intelligence wing.
As the cops dug down the case, they found that the company’s operations were carried out from NBK Bhavan in Jubilee Hills Road no 36 and it belonged to Balakrishna Nandamuri. The cops have come to a conclusion on the same that some key leaders of TDP are involved in this and they have been damaging the image of YSRCP on the social media by operating from Hyderabad.
Jubilee Hills police have registered a case under sections 171 (C & F pertaining to undue influence or personation at an election), 417 and 420 (cheating), 120 (B) (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (D) of the IT Act on TGF Media Private Ltd, operated from Jubilee Hills and their directors Shakhamuri Tejibhanu, Priyadarshini, RamaKrishna Veerapaneni, Edugani Mellsh and Cheerupalli Rambabu.
Sometime back, YS Sharmila filed a complaint with cops that there is a lot of negative propaganda doing rounds against her on social media. The cops now concluded that the same media company has been responsible for the same and it acted as per the directions of some key TDP leaders. Looks like Balakrishna might get into the trouble for making his property home for this conspiracy.
