The latest entrant of this will be the biopic of renowned athlete PT Usha. Popular actress Revathi is planning to direct the biopic of Usha for a long time.
Apparently, Revathi has approached Priyanka Chopra long back with this script. Priyanka didn’t even sign Mary Kom at that time. But due to some unknown reasons, the project didn’t go on floors. After, all these years, Revathi is prepping up again to make this movie.
According to the sources, Katrina Kaif will be playing the lead role in it. It seems that Revathi is in talks with Katrina and even the latter is excited to do the film. If everything goes well, this will become the first biopic signed by Katrina. She will be soon seen in the film Bharat, alongside Salman Khan.
