Director Priyadarshan’s daughter Kalyani Priyadarshan made her debut in films with the movie Hello, co-starring Akhil Akkineni. Unfortunately, the film didn’t do well at the box office but that didn’t stop Kalyani from getting offers. In fact, she is currently busy with more than five projects in hand.
In Telugu, she is currently acting in Sai Dharam Tej’s Chitralahari, which is being directed by Kishore Tirumala and an untitled film starring Sharwanand and is directed by Sudheer Varma. Apart from this, she is set to make her debut in Tamil with Siva Karthikeyan’s next film which will be directed by PS Mithran of Abhimanyudu fame.
The actress is also doing a film with Dulqer Salmaan and a key role in her father Priyadhan’s directorial Marrakkar. Thus, Kalyani, despite scoring a flop with her debut film, is busy with too many projects in various languages.
