He changes and changes and finally settle down in Kumbakonam of Tamil Nadu, where he join as a driver for Murali Krishna (Murali Mohan). He is treated well by them as he is good in nature and for his soft nature. He involves in small issues with local ASP and a local goon. One day when he is about to leave Kumbakonam, his son is kidnapped by the local goon and he rescues his son with a heavy fight sequence. When he is going away with his son, ASP comes and thank Narasimha for saving his son, who is actually look alike of Narasimha’s son. Then enters Gowri (Nayanathara) and warns him to stay away from her child. Who is Narasimha? What is his story? How is Gowri related to him?

Cast and performance

Bala Krishna Nandamuri as Narasimha is superb. He excelled in his dialogues, action sequences and emotional sequences. His energy levels in Amma Kutty song are unmatchable by any hero of his generation or present generation. He is a delight for his fans in this movie. Hari Priya is fine in her role and she looks good. Nayanathara as Gowri is superb and she lived upto the hype and she is gorgeous. Murali Mohan and Brahmanandam are good. Ashutosh Rana and Kalakeya Prabhakar are nice. Prakash Raj is fine in a pivotal role. All other actors did a fine job according to their roles.

Writing Department

NBK in Jai Simha

Story of Jai Simha is routine and screenplay is fine. Dialogues are good.

Technical Departments

Songs composed by Chiranthan Bhatt are good and they click well with masses. Background score is also good. Cinematography by C Ram Prasad is nice. Editing could have been better to make the movie more racy. Stunts and action sequences are good in exclusive Balayya style. They are treat for Balayya fans and production values of CK entertainments are good.

Nandamuri Bala Krishna
Amma Kutty song
Few action sequences

Pale comedy scenes

Jai Simha is a story of a guy who goes to any extent for the sake of justice. When he is like that, his family gets involved with it and to save them from antagonists he leaves his rowdyism and leaves the city for the sake of his family and his new born child. Director KS Ravi Kumar did an okay job in handling this movie. The comedy sequences featuring Brahmanandham doesn’t entertain at all. In fact, they act as speed breakers. Director relied most on the family sequences and they work well with family audience. Nandamuri Bala Krishna who is the lead actor of this movie did everything to satisfy his fans but comedy sequences plays the negative role. To sum up, Jai Simha is a family drama from NBK and K S Ravi Kumar combination.
