Devi Sri Prasad is the most wanted music director for the films of star heroes. He is the highest paid music director of Telugu cinema at the moment. He not only gives rocking albums bust also perform to those songs during audio launch events.
The same thing was observed during the audio launch of Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu. Devi Sri single handedly ran the show for about an hour. He had also brought actress Shruthi Haasan on to the stage to perform for a song. Charging for audios is ok, but charging for performing on stage during audio events is something new that Devi is introducing to Tollywood and if other music directors also follow his path then Producers will have to make movies without songs.
