According to the data from Director General of Civil Aviation, Air Pegasus, Mega power Star Ram Charan’s True Jet airlines have ranked top two among the airlines that cancelled more than 5% of flights in August. The customer complaints are also many against Trujet Airways
A Recent example for the bad service of Trujet is the cancellation of Trujet flight 2T 106: Aurangabad – Hyderabad- Tirupati. Post landing Hyderabad, the flight was cancelled much to the anger of passengers. Since many passengers booked prayer slots at Tirupati, they protested against the organizers, who calmly said that they couldn’t arrange another flight service
With this kind of customer service, Trujet airlines might soon have to close down rued a passenger.
