If reports are to be believed the cutest couple of Tollywood, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, and wife Samantha may soon act together in a film for the first time post their wedding. The couple have acted together previously in films like Ye Maaya Chesave, Autonagar Surya and Manam.
It is heard that Naga Chaitanya and Samantha may do a romantic subject and it would be directed by Ninnu Kori director Shiva Nirvana. A source close to the couple said that Chay liked the subject and requested Sam to act together in the film. It is also being said that the couple have already heard the narration and have agreed in principle, however, a final confirmation regarding this is waited from them. If this materializes, then it will be one of the most watchable films in Telugu industry this year since it will be the first film for Chay and Sam together post their wedding.
Samantha Akkineni currently has a line-up of films this year gearing up for release including Telugu and Tamil. Samantha would be seen playing a journo in Mahanati which is a biopic on yesteryear legend actress Savitri. Besides Mahanati, Samantha also has Rangasthalam alongside Ram Charan. On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya has two films lined up currently – Savyasachi directed by Chandoo Mondeti and a Sailaja Reddy Alludu film with director Maruthi.
