After the success of Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana will be next seen in a comedy entertainer called Dream Girl. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, this movie is being bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor. The filming has almost reached the final stages.
Speaking about the role of Ayushmann in the film, Raaj told in a recent interview that the hero in the film dresses up as women characters like Radha, Draupadi and Sita. “I can’t reveal much about the film but the title fairly reveals the story. What I can tell you is that Ayushmann becomes Sita from Ramayana, Draupadi from Mahabharata and Radha from Krishna Leela. Now why he becomes them and how, that’s what the story is about,” he said.
The movie is set in Mathura and will have the dialogues in Haryanvi accent. It stars Nushrat Bharucha as the female lead and Manjot Singh will be seen in an important role.
