Bollywood sensational actor Ranveer Singh is currently pretty much busy working on his next film titled as 83, which is a biopic on the life of ace cricketer Kapil Dev. The actor, on the other side, is promoting his new movie Gully Boy that is scheduled for a grand release on 14th of this month. The actor is also going to be a part of another prestigious project titled as Takht.
Tipped to be a period drama, Takht is going to be directed and produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions. The film is expected to hit the floors soon and contrary to the rumors, Alia Bhatt is not paired with Ranveer Singh in the film. The actor himself informed the same and revealed his character name from the movie.
“I will be seen as Dara Shikoh in the film while Vicky Kaushal will be seen as Aurangzeb. Alia is not my pair.” said Ranveer Singh. The film also has Bhumi and Janhvi Kapoor.
