The young actor from the Akkineni clan, Akhil Akkineni is yet to score a hit in his career. The actor acted in three films till now and all of them turned out to be box office failures. His latest venture Mr. Majnu, on which he had a lot of expectations also turned out to be a disaster.
Meanwhile, a few days back, it was heard that Akhil has signed a film which will be directed by Satya Pinishetty. But nothing was announced about that film officially till now. Now, the latest we hear is that Akhil hasn’t signed that film, but okayed a project with Bommarillu fame Bhaskar.
This movie will be produced by Bunny Vasu under Geeta Arts 2 banner. It seems that even this film is a family drama and will be on the lines of Bommarillu. The project is expected to go on floors in summer. Hope Akhil will end his flop streak with this film.
