Yesteryear actress Laila Mehdin is planning to mark her re-entry in Tollywood. She was one of the popular heroines in the 90s time and she has a great fan following not only in Telugu but also in Tamil as well.
She was best known for her hit movies ‘Egire Pavurama’, ‘Pelli Chesukundam’, ‘Pitha Magan’ etc. In 2006, the actress got married and bid her goodbyes to the film industry. She kept the films aside and became a homemaker. But now, Laila wants to start her second innings. The actress herself has revealed this news. On Monday, Laila attended an event in Hyderabad. Talking with media in that event, the actress stated that she is ready to start her second innings in Tollywood.
She also added that she has been receiving so many good offers from the industry but she wants to do memorable roles in movies and is looking forward to some interesting characters. She also added that she has plans of becoming a director as well.
