In her off-white Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga choli, Sonam just looked like a princess. Sonam Kapoor was enjoying the event with Mehendi done on her hands. Her chooda ceremony also took place on Monday. It was all done in a typical Punjabi style. As per the Punjabi wedding rituals the Choodi(Bangles) event is a special one. The bride wears a glittery jewel hanging from her hands. It is called kaleerein. There is this particular ritual of dropping this kaleerein on the other unmarried people which are believed that will bring in luck, and the person will get married soon. Sonam tried to drop the kaleerein on Sridevi-Boney Kapoor’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and that did not happen. Jahnavi seems relieved for that.
