Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar, who is known for his action hero image and daredevil stunts in Bollywood films, opined there is no insurance for a stuntman, and he wants the trend in the Hindi film industry to change.
Akshay added that even though the association of stuntmen has finally succeeded to have ambulance and doctors on the film sets for the sake of stuntmen, there is no insurance for them. ‘We are all trying to get insurance for stuntmen,” added Akshay Kumar.
Meanwhile, he is busy with the promotions of his next comedy film “Housefull 3”, which is set for release on June 3. Directed by writer duo Sajid-Farhad, the third installment of the “Housefull” franchise also features Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon.
Akshay will also be seen playing a gay in ‘Dishoom.’
