A Film on AP chief minister’s father ?
It is common knowledge that both Tollywood and State Politics have interests in each other’s field of operations. Late Y. Raja Reddy, father of Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy, was a very influential personality in Rayalaseema and it is believed that his demise did not erase the respect bestowed on him by the people. Now that the next Assembly elections are just two years away, a well-known film production house is believed to have hit upon the idea of making a commercial cinema based on the life and times of Raja Reddy to be directed by a top-rung director. The producers and the party hopes to snatch two birds with one snare…publicity for the party and a hit with committed Rayalaseema audience.
