After skipping the film’s audio launch event, Samantha has yet again skipped the post-release promotional interviews of ‘Janatha Garage’.
On the eve of Vinayaka Chavithi festival, a special interview of Janatha Garage team was shown on TV. NTR, film’s director Koratala Siva, Nithya Menen who played second fiddle in the film, Rajeev Kanakala, film’s lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry were all present but the film’s leading lady Samantha was missing. It is learnt that Sam was miffed with the makers for downplaying her and giving more importance to Kajal.
Considering Kajal’s item song in the film garnering huge attention from moviegoers, makers have released several posters featuring her in her sexiest best avatar whereas Sam was seen in just one poster, a still from the Apple beauty song. Sam was heard to be hurt feeling that being the film’s leading lady she should have got more priority than Kajal who was just seen in an item song.
