‘Petta’ is the next movie of superstar Rajinikanth after ‘2.O’. The movie features Simran and Trisha as the female leads and the movie is slated for a grand release for Sankranthi.
The movie unit has recently unveiled a poster of Rajinikanth and Simran who are looking cheerful and happy with flowers in their hands and revealed that the movie is up for a Sankranthi release. Both are looking younger and good together. Sharing that picture on social media Simran stated that she can’t believe that she is sharing the screen space with Rajnikanth. “I’m super happy OMG I can’t believe its happening just pinched myself” tweeted Simran. Karthik Subbaraj is helming this project. Vijay Sethupathi is playing a vital role in the movie.
If the buzz is to be believed Rajinikanth will be seen as a college Warden and as a military official in the flashback. On the other hand, Rajinikanth and Shankar’s magnum opus ‘2.O’ is slated for release on November 29th.
