Vikram starrer film “Manoharudu” trailer impressed media persons in Chennai few days back. Film unit members didn’t update it in the internet to continue the suspense. Interestingly, this teaser has been leaked to the internet by some unknown persons.
It is known that this flick is being canned with a budget of around 180 Crores. In this scenario, if this kind of piracy or leakage happens, “What will be the fate of the producer?” It is fine with the teaser but, “what if the same continues for the film?” turned out to be the debate point. Previously, Pawan Kalyan’s “Atharintiki Daredhi” film has been leaked into the internet and producer literally got heart stroke.
Looks like, there is huge scope for security aspects in film industry. In near future, security plays vital role in the industry. Producers may allocate some part of the budget exclusively for protecting their films from leakage. Tough time for Shankar’s “Manoharudu” due to leakage but it has now turned viral in the internet! More publicity for the venture.
