Vijay’s film to be dubbed in Telugu

While all the major releases of Tollywood are gearing up in the months of July – August, there is one Tamil remake that will also join the league for the movie lovers. Vijay’s Thalaivaa in Tamil will be dubbed into Telugu with the title, “Anna – Born to Lead”. This action flick is reported to be one of the possible landmark films in Vijay’s career. Directed by A L Vijay, the maker of entertainers like Madrasippatanam and Thaandavam, the first look of Thalaivaa became a sensation with fans in Kollywood. Amala Paul is the leading lady in the film and the music has been composed by G V Prakash Kumar. The telugu version of the film is produced by Kasi Vishwanadham under Lakshmi Narasimha Visuals and is distributed by 3K Entertainment. Vijay has a select space in Tollywood, what with his last film, Thuppaki, directed by Murugadoss becoming a big hit even in Andhra Centres. Anna will hit the screens along with the original on August 9th.
