Tollywood trending hotshot hero Vijay Devrakonda launched his own clothing brand Rowdy wear a year ago. Vijay often calls his fans as Rowdy boys and girls and thus he even named the brand over it. These days, even he is being termed as the Rowdy Star of Tollywood.
Meanwhile, e-commerce giant Amazon was selling fake Rowdy wear on their website for quite some time. Vijay, who became aware of the news, slammed the company and filed a case on it. He questioned how can a top company like Amazon not cross-check whether the brand is real or fake.
The case was filed by Vijay’s company, Rowdy Wear Pvt. Ltd. situated in Bangalore. The city court which is dealing with the case gave an interim judgment to hold the sales of duplicate wear immediately. Vijay also slammed the seller for using his photo without his consent. The court is looking over this issue as well. The judgment is expected to be out soon.
