Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s little daughter Divya Saasha is all set to make her acting debut with her father’s upcoming film “Theri”.
Reliable sources revealed that Divya will be seen as Vijay’s daughter in the flick while yesteryear actress Meena’s daughter Nainika will be seen essaying the role of grown up version of Divya. The unit has recently wrapped up the shooting in Ladakh in which Divya took part to shoot her scenes.
Amy Jackson will be playing the role of Divya’s teacher in “Theri”. Samantha is playing a doctor and Ilayathalapathy’s wife. ‘Theri’ was originally planned to be released in April but is likely to be advanced owing to the upcoming general assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. The film is directed by Atlee of “Raja Rani” fame.
It may be recalled that Vijay’s son Sanjay had already made his silver screen debut in his earlier film “Vettaikaran”.
