This year, Tamil Nadu has witnessed the worst ever floods in the history.
The floods caused unimaginable damage to the Chennai city and suburbs. Many actors have voluntarily come forward to help the victims. While some donated money, others contributed by directly taking part in the rescue works.
Chiyaan Vikram has directed a video to inspire the people to help themselves without waiting for help from others. The video titled ‘Spirit of Chennai’ has been released last night and it is going viral on social media. The video has the presence of Suriya, Nayanthara, Abhishek Bachchan, Siva Karthikeyan, Nithya Menon and others.

On the film front, Vikram is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Iru Mugan’, a medical action thriller which is slated for release on September 5.
