Dream girl Hema Malini remains to be the same till day. This is pretty evident with the kind of backing she is getting from none other than her ‘Veeru’ – Dharmendra.
As per the latest reports Dharamji will campaign for his forever ‘Basanti’ in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections as Hema Malini contests as a BJP candidate from Mathura constituency.
Hema had recently rubbished the reports that none of her family members were actively taking part in the campaign – “Says who? My younger daughter Ahana was here last week. And my older daughter Esha will be here this week. Dharam ji too will be here in a few days. It’s just that I have asked them to join me in the later part of my campaign when the election fever heats up. No point in asking them to join me earlier” she said.
Further agitated with the rumours circulating, Hemaji was ready to prove the buzz wrong. “I don’t know why some people are saying this.Every person in my family from my husband to my daughters and their husbands have offered to come to Mathura to support me. Even my Samdhans, Esha and Ahana’s Mother in Law, have offered to come to Mathura. But who would recognise them? What purpose would it serve to have them around?As we speak my Bhabhi is with me. Just because the local media doesn’t recognize every member of my family doesn’t mean they are not here to support me” she said.
Looks like the BJP is dazzling with stars contesting from all over, taking the prime constituencies. It remains to be seen as to how far the Bollywood will occupy the power in the coming days.
