Following Nagababu’s daughter Niharika Konidela and Rajasekhar’selder daughter Shivani, versatile actor and writer Uttej’s daughter Chetna Uttej is also now making her debut in Telugu cinema as lead actress.
For the past two years, Chetna has been trying to become a heroine and finally she has started her debut film. Said to be a horror film titled “She”, it has ‘Is Waiting’ as caption. Directed by newcomer Ramesh Mahendra, the film has Mallu siren, Swetha Menon, playing a ghost. The love story of Mahat Raghavendra and Chetna is going to be central plot point.
The shooting took place at a graveyard with Puri Jagannath directing the first shot. Chetna said that she has acted in some movies as child artist, but this will be her debut as heroine.
