Tamil TV actress Sabarna Anand, who is popularly known as Suguna (29) was found dead on Friday under mysterious conditions in Chennai.
As she had not opened her flat door to retrieve the daily items for three days and a foul smell was coming out of her house, neighbors complained to the police. When police forced open the door, they found the dilapidated dead body of Sabarna, with a hard blow on her head. It is believed that she might have been dead for three days.
A suicide case has been filed during the preliminary investigation, but police suspect that she might have been murdered. An enquiry has been launched in all possible directions.
After starting her career as an anchor in a music channel, Suguna became popular with television serials and later acted in a couple of film including Vishal’s ‘Poojai’.
