Karishma Tanna is an Indian film actress, model and anchor who predominantly works in Hindi films and shows. She is well known for her role in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Naagarjuna – Ek Yodha. The actress has now landed in a big legal trouble because of a Delhi-based event manager Manas Katyal. He is apparently accusing her of fraud.
Going more into the details, Tanna had been roped in by Manas to perform at a wedding reception in Haldwani on February 16. In the end, the actress did not show up at the venue even after making all the payments to her. Her no-show cause is said to have created a loss of nearly Rs 10 lakh for them.
But Karishma Tanna accuses Katyal of duping her. “I was told the show was in Moradabad. And when I reached there, I came to know that the show is not happening there. He is asking me for the return of the money but he is the one who put me through mental harassment and I am not going to return the money.” the actress said.
