A Young actress has filed a police complaint against a man (political leader) from Versova alleging that she was molested by him at a fitness centre in Andheri on Tuesday.
According to reports, a Punjabi actress, who visits the fitness centre, allegedly harassed the victim by asking her for sexual favours and abused her after she rejected his demands on a few occasions. A case had been registered against the man, who has been identified as Vishwanath Shetty at Amboli police station.
A case has been booked with Amboli Police under sections 354 (outrage modesty), 354 (A) (sexual harassment), 500 (defamation), 504 (insult), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
