During the audio release function of the film ‘Bahumathi’,the producer gave away donations to the tune of about Five lakh rupees to some selected NGO’s that are involved in social service. Thammareddy Bharadwaja speaking on that occasion said that all people should emulate this example of charity without much of a publicity.He is believed to have said," We should copy this sort of charity acts.We should not copy stories from other films."
