The officials of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), have created a hungama in Banjara Hills this morning, by trying to demolish the Kabara Drive Inn, which is on the road no:12. The restaurant in trouble is owned by popular actor Nandamuri Taraka Ratna.
Seeing GHMC officials at their restaurant trying to demolish it, the restaurant staff got into an argument with the former. The situation got heated up when Tarakaratna himself landed in the location to sort the issue. The GHMC officials stated that they have got complaints from the society that alcohol is being sold and loud music is being played at the Drive Inn during nights.
The staff said that they got the complaint from the society members and is looking into the issue. Meanwhile, GHMC officials stated to media that they have taken the decision as the drive in violates the rules and is also causing disturbances to the residents living nearby.
