Nagarjuna Akkineni and Karthi are acting in a film titled ‘Oopiri’. Said to be the remake of French hit ‘The Intouchables’, the film has Tamanna playing the leading lady.
Milky beauty is playing the secretary of Nagarjuna in the film. As per the French film, Tamanna’s role doesn’t have much scope but keeping the image of the actress in mind (especially after ‘Baahubali’), her role is extended.
Makers are banking on the image of Tamanna to get the much needed commercial boost to the sensible film. It has to be seen how Vamsi Paidipally has managed her character as the inclusion of romantic angle between Karthi andTamanna will only dilute the actual story about the relation between a Paraplegic guy, Nagarjuna and his caretaker, Karthi.
