Tamanna’s Fitness Mantra

Actress Tamanna is getting ready for the most crucial year of her life so far!


This could very well be Tamanna’s most crucial year of her life, or atleast ever since she made her debut.

She has a slew of pending films in her kitty and by the looks of it, she is no mood to sit back and relax.

First up is ‘Aagadu’ with Superstar Mahesh Babu and then she is the much-awaited,‘Baahubali’, directed by S.S. Rajamouli opposite Prabhas.

In order to get ready for the above stated films, Tamanna has been sweating it out in the gym.

She has improved on her fitness levels immensely and must say, she is looking great in her current avatar. She is looking much toned and her skin is simply glowing!

Tamanna has displayed her toned body on the cover page for ‘Femina’s upcoming issue.

When asked about her fitness mantra, Tamanna said, “There’s nothing like a Tamanna’s fitness mantra. It’s all about loving your body and understanding where your strengths and weaknesses lie. Be confortable, eat what you want but also be prepared to work hard for burning those extra calories”.

Meanwhile, Tamanna is also practicing sword fights and other forms of martial arts to prepare for her role in ‘Baahubali’.

Expect to see a gorgeous looking Tamanna over the next few days!

Tamanna is currently awaiting the release of her next Bollywood film, ‘Humshakals’ opposite Saif Ali Khan. The film boasts of a stellar cast with Riteish Deshmikh, Ram Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta playing pivotal roles.
