Tagore’s Bollywood remake

Director Krishh of Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum is all set to enter the big league of Bollywood – he is contemplating making a Hindi film out of Telugu remake, Tagore. The film which had Chirajeevi, Shriya and Jyotika in the leads in now under pre production stages with casting discussions. The female leads contemplated are Illeana D Cruz and Amala Paul. While we don’t know if both will be playing two female leads or one of them will play the main one, more details are awaited on this sensational project. Krishh made a great impat with his tasteful film making in Tollywood and stands to be one of the most promising directors of South Film Industry. This is the season of jumps from tollywood to Bollywood – be it actors, directors or composers. Let us see how this one fares.
